The question

What the project
needed to resolve.

The series moves between portrait and near-absence. Leaf, petal, skin and filament occupy the same field; none is treated as decoration. A face appears, is interrupted and finally dissolves into trace.

Monochrome, restrained green and bruised burgundy bind the sequence. The abstract panels are not pauses between portraits. They are what remains when the figure leaves the frame.

Creative direction

The direction
and its logic.

The eye is the anchor. Everything else can be crossed, covered or dissolved. Texture, asymmetry and tension replace the polish of a conventional beauty image.

A web and a single thread carry the sequence beyond the body. Organic colour enters as residue, then recedes until only a suspended line remains.

Intended application

A gallery-scale print series, a private acquisition or selected editorial licensing.

Development path

Print method, paper, scale, edition structure, proofing and framing would be defined for the intended setting and acquisition route.
