An independent senior second view on work prepared by others
The distinction is direct. Decision Room begins with: “I have a decision to make.” Independent Review begins with: “I already have proposals, advice, budgets, plans or recommendations prepared by others and I want an independent senior second view.”
The existing work may come from lawyers, accountants, banks, tax advisers, corporate services providers, consultants or local partners. We look at the assumptions behind each proposal, where recommendations align or conflict, what may be missing and what the combined effect would be on the business.

How the review works
Each review starts with the decision to be made and the information already available. We assess the evidence, assumptions, options and commercial consequences, then return with clear conclusions and practical next steps.
The role
