Natalia has more than 20 years of senior business experience across finance and audit, operations, governance, strategy, international management and commercial decision-making.

She has been based in Dubai since 2012 and has practical experience of both European and GCC business environments, including gemstones, jewellery manufacturing, luxury retail and other premium businesses.

Her career has combined financial discipline with COO-level operating responsibility, including budgets and reporting, management teams, suppliers, governance, new business projects and the practical issues that arise between a business plan and day-to-day execution.

Her academic background includes Economics with a focus on finance and audit, State and Municipal Administration, and an MBA in Strategic Management.

At AURÉ, Natalia remains directly involved in project assessment, commercial analysis and recommendations. This operating background allows AURÉ to remain involved beyond the recommendation when an assignment requires owner-side oversight or temporary executive support.

When a project requires legal, tax, licensing, technical, research, design or production expertise, AURÉ brings in the relevant specialist and coordinates that work around the client’s business objective.
