A typical mandate
A European owner is opening a boutique in Dubai. AURÉ represents the owner across fit-out, suppliers, advisers and launch preparation; maintains oversight of budgets and decisions; coordinates the key parties; escalates issues; and reports directly to the owner.
The role
AURÉ can structure project meetings, coordinate advisers and contractors, challenge assumptions and report concisely to the owner. This is senior owner-side oversight where decisions, financial exposure and several professional parties need to remain under control. It is not administrative project management.
